Festival Terms...

Purchase of a ticket and attending Earthwise you agree to abide by the following;

Terms and Conditions:

1. to treat fellow participants with courtesy and respect
2. no sound systems or loud amplified music
3. no pet animals of any kind
4. no vehicles to be driven onsite beyond designated parking
5. parking passes issued on a 1 entry, 1 exit basis
6. no un-licensed sale of alcohol or drugs
7. be mindful of health and safety notices and cooperate with stewards and security
8. do not endanger in any way any other person or persons
9. take responsibility to ensure the land is kept clean and
free from litter or non-natural items
10. practice love and kindness at all times whilst on site

The organisers of Earthwise cannot be held responsible for any injuries or damage to/loss of property, however it may occur.

TICKETS ARE ADVANCE SALE ONLY

Tickets and travel directions will be posted in July 2008.

Refunds are subject to a 25% cancellation fee; no refunds at all after 30/6/08.

Site camping field and parking opens to the public at 12.00 noon Friday 8th August.

Vehicle entrance closed 10.00pm to 8.00am.

Please vacate the site by 12.00 noon Monday 11th August.

No unauthorised sound systems, or petrol, diesel, bio-diesel or gas generators will be allowed on site.

STRICTLY NO DOGS ALLOWED, as our site is on a livestock farm

Access to site: NO MOTOR VEHICLE WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE SITE OR CAR PARK WITHOUT A PRE-BOOKED VEHICLE PASS

The tickets are non-transferable and non-redeemable.

Earthwise Events Limited reserves the right to refuse admission or to require any person to leave the site at any time. Possession of a ticket implies acceptance of the company's terms and conditions, which are available on request.

Earthwise Events Limited, as organisers, cannot condone the presence of illegal drugs, weapons or the sale un-licensed of alcohol. Security staff may conduct searches at the point of entry.
