Happy Go Hilary

This 22 year old artist was born as Hilary reheard duff in Texas. Her sister hay lie duff was a singer and an actress and hence Hilary’s mother encouraged her to become an actress like her sister and hence first interest had always been acting. Hilary’s childhood had always consisted of her acting in theatre shows, television commercials and plays. Hilary and her sister relocated to California to and take acting as a full time profession. Initially Hilary was roped into many minor and unaccredited roles in the TV. Her first major breakthrough came up when she was chosen to play Wendy in the movie ‘Casper meets Wendy’.
She shined through as a child artist and then came Lizzy McGuire movie where she played the role of a wacky, average, high school teen who resembles a big show star. This movie got her mostly positive reviews and she became a popular face among the pre-teen and teen scene. She also starred in ‘the Cinderella story’ which received negative reviews but  she impressed the critics with her skills. This movie also saw her progression into teenage more mature themes. She was offered major roles in many movies but she turned them down to pursue interests in other areas than acting. It is said that she was even offered the major role in the series 90210.
Duff released her own album on her seventeenth birthday which was a smashing hit reigning the number one spot in the US and second in Canada. She then released the most successful album if all ‘the best of Hilary duff’ which had a rocking single called ‘reach out’ which became the best dance hot song ever. In the middle of her career she went on a crash diet to try and fit into the ‘thin is in’ Hollywood regime, lost too much weight and ended up looking like a waif in many of the shows. She admits she got a little too carried away with the good results and lost too much weight than she opted for but and that she was back to her normal eating habits now.
Duff has her own line of personal fragrances, clothing furniture and jewellery called “Stuff by Hilary Duff” which has been running successfully so far. Her own personal style is very hip and chic with denim skirts, vintage tees and skinny jeans combined with her wispy bangs and lovely layered hair shows that she is one of the people in the music and fashion industry trying to keep her look fresh and clean.
Hilary duff was dating her Lizzy McGuire co-star Aaron carter for quite sometime until he went and cheated over her with Hilary’s best friend and broke her heart. It was also said that carter left her for Lindsay Lohan which sparked a rift between Lindsay Lohan and Hilary duff. Hilary duff is now dating Mike Comrie, a hockey player, and she frequently meets up with him during the games. Looks like Hilary and Mike are going strong what with Mike gifting Hilary a Mercedes for her birthday!

Hilary has been somewhat of a fashion icon over the past couple of years and all the magazines are quick to get pictures of her on the red carpet.  Often setting the latest styles and trends we wonder whether she too loves love links and has her own unique piece of lovelinks jewellery ?
